Is this a fair price for a painting of shipping and handling?

For that much money, you can buy a painting by American artist. Are you aware that the quality of this painting would be like those paintings of big markets Flea? Photo and painting at auction is probably not the actual painting you are buying. They just mass produce hundreds of paintings same, so yours may be slightly different. And, Chinese paintings are much lower quality than American made. You have no guarantee what is wood or that it is properly extended. (I've never seen a Chinese canvas on 12-inch was not warped.) What would you do if you do not like you get the picture ... pay $ 75 to transport it for a 99 percent refund? Go to the student art shows and street fairs. You can find many great job and buy American.
