Where can I buy a painting by Joseph Forsyth Ingram? Dates of the paintings ranged between 1896 and 1921.
Forsyth Ingram is landscape painter from South Africa, he uses mainly oil on canvas and was known to use water colors and other media. A number his paintings are of various sizes, involving African coastal and inland water scenes, including suggested view from the ruins of Grosvenor wild coast in 1782. Forsyth Ingram is a researcher, a man of the Royal Geographical Society, poet, novelist and journalist. Even when writing letters to the editor of artistic Natal Witness demonstrated by its ability decorated in envelopes.
His job is to show in museums (see the link for the current exhibit at the Tatham Art gallery). I expect that will be taken original gallery of AD or at auction.
